The Harvest Dining Program at The Landings features the best locally sourced ingredients Maine has to offer. Residents and their families are not only delighted to be enjoying dishes incorporating produce picked at peak ripeness they also have the knowledge that they are supporting local small-scale farmers and their livelihoods.
Our culinary team is proud to pile fresh strawberries picked from Maxwell’s Farm on shortcake, and slice into those first vine ripe tomatoes from Jordan’s Farm. Not to mention coming up with creative ways to serve the crown jewel of the Maine coastline – lobster. Pass the butter.
